The Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse to join our Health Services team. You will provide professional healthcare, manage medical emergencies, and support the wellbeing of the university community. This role offers a dynamic and rewarding environment where your work has a direct impact on the lives of students and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to students, staff, and visitors.
- Assess, monitor, and manage health conditions and medical emergencies.
- Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate medical records and reports.
- Promote health education, disease prevention, and wellness programs.
- Collaborate with doctors, counselors, and other health professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements
Skills & Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the Uganda Nurses and Midwives Council (UNMC).
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in clinical or community nursing (experience in university health services is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work with diverse populations and manage confidential information.
