The International University of East Africa (IUEA) invites innovative, research-driven, and committed academics to join its Faculty of Science and Technology Academic Talent Pipeline.

We are creating a pool of highly skilled academics to support teaching, research, and leadership excellence across a wide range of science and technology disciplines.

OPEN ACADEMIC POSITIONS

Applications are invited at the following academic ranks

Professor

1. PhD in Science, Engineering, IT, or related fields
2. 10–15 years of university teaching and research experience
3. Strong publication record and academic leadership experience

Associate Professor

1. PhD in a relevant field
2. 8–10 years of teaching and research experience
3. Strong publication portfolio

Senior Lecturer

1. PhD in a relevant field
2. Minimum 5 years of university teaching experience
3. Evidence of research and publications

Lecturer

1. Master’s degree in a relevant field (PhD preferred/in progress)
2. Demonstrated teaching and research potential

Assistant Lecturer

1. Master’s degree in relevant field
2. Strong academic record and research interest

Teaching Assistant

1. Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
2. Excellent academic performance and interest in teaching
